Full Tailings Paste Backfill Equipment Case

Project Description

The designed mining methods mainly include the stage stopping followed by backfill method, and the upward stratified backfill method. The backfill station primarily consists of deep cone thickeners, cement silos, and mixing systems. The whole system comprises three backfill stations, each equipped with a Φ25m deep cone thickener. Each thickener is paired with three mixing systems(one set as backup). Each system has a paste preparation capacity of 147–200 m³/h.

Project Outcome

By the full tailings paste backfill system, a tailings-free mine has been achieved.
