● Excellent mixing effect:
The mixing arms and blades undergo relative reverse rotation of the two staggered mixing shafts to ensure that the material generates violent mixing movement in the vertical and horizontal directions,forming a forced meandering mixing and feeding.

● High-efficiency sealing:

Adopting floating oil sealing ring and special seals with pressure grease to form a multi-layer labyrinth sealing structure,with better sealing effect.It effectively solves the technical problem of slurry leakage at the shaft end which is common in the industry.



● Low grease consumption:
Adopting centralized automatic lubrication device, PLC precise control, quantitative addition, grease lubrication for the four shaft end sealing points of the mixer.

● Good transmission stability:
 Belt drive with elastic coupling can make up for the manufacturing and assembly tolerances and reduce the running impact, with stable operation and easy installation and maintenance.

● Long service life:
 The mixing blades and the arc plate of the mixing tank are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, with long service life.

● Good serviceability:
The large-size access door is convenient for maintenance and cleaning;the one-piece disassembled shaft end structure makes it easier to replace the shaft end seal;the mixing section can be disassembled and replaced individually,which is low maintenance cost.

● High level of ergonomics:
The access door is equipped with a safety control device to ensure that the mixer will not be accidentally started during maintenance;the fully sealed cover plate effectively prevents material splashing and dust;the tank is equipped with an automatic high-pressure water cleaning system,which greatly reduces the workload of manual cleaning.
