Full Tailings Paste Backfill Equipment Case
Project Description
China Railway Recourse Group CO.,LTD undertook the total contracting of the backfill system(with core equipment being theHGBZ90.09.220 cone valve pump and a 16-meter-deep cone thickener),for complete tailings paste backfill system.The system has a capacity ranging from 70m³/h to 90m³/h,with a conveying distance of 2400 meters.
Project Outcome
The overflow water is successfully transported,achieving a 30%reduction in power consumption and energy savings.After the completion of the admixture system upgrade,labor intensity was reduced,and the smooth flow of tailings was ensured.By continuously optimizing the mix ratio of concrete,admixture,and tailings,the backfill strength is maintained while minimizing costs,resulting in nearly a 50%reduction in expenses.
