Project Description
Due to factors such as the long mining period and extended mining depth,the project has experienced significant ore loss and high tailings treatment costs.FENY uses full tailings Cementation backfill to fill the underground voids while mining deep ore bodies with the cut-and-fill mining method.The full tailings slurry concentration is approximately 70%,with a slurry flow rate of 80 m³/h.
Project Outcome
This approach saves a total of RMB 9.32 million per year in environmental protection taxes for tailings,tailings dam construction,and operational costs.It maximizes the recovery of mineral resources,improves resource recovery rates,effectively utilizes resources,and extends the mine's service life.
