Full Tailings Paste Backfill System EPC Case 



Project Description


The system has a backfill capacity of 100 m³/h. The slurry is thickened to 73% using a deep cone paste thickener and is mixed with cement to prepare the backfill slurry. The transport distance can reach up to 2,000 meters.



Project Outcome


After the project is implemented, no tailings will be discharged into the tailings pond. The mined-out areas underground will be backfilled to recover ore pillars, increasing ore recovery rates. Overflow water will be below 200 ppm and will be returned to the processing plant for industrial recycling.
