Project Description

Through the three-stage crushing process of "counterattack breaking + high-fine breaking + vertical shaft impact breaking", the coal gangue is prepared into the reasonable grading grouting material of -3mm. Combined with our unique slurry long distance conveying technology and filling and non-washing pipe technology, we help Liangshuijin Coal Mine to achieve the green disposal target of 1.6 million tons /a large-scale coal gangue solid waste.

Project Outcome

After the full implementation of the two phases of the project, the green disposal of solid waste of coal gangue of 1.6 million tons /a can be achieved, which is a classic case of long-distance slurry transportation (cumulative more than 10km).
