This equipment is the core product of paste thickening system, which is a new type of high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment developed by FENY independently. It can obtain stable and high concentration underflow and provide guarantee for the preparation of paste filling slurry, and has been widely used in many fields such as wet metallurgy, mine tailings dry stack,paste backfill and environmental protection water treatment.

● Stable and high concentration underflow:
Bottom flow can reach the state of non-segregation,non-layered,low water secretion rate and flow-able like paste,stable concentration of bottom stream with continuous discharging.The bottom stream output can be automatically adjusted with concentration.
● Clear overflow water:
The solid content of overflow water is less than 300ppm,which can be industrially recycled with economically and environmentally friendly treatment.
● Expert self-control system:
It can realize automatic monitoring and real-time adjustment and control of inlet and outlet material concentration,flow rate,pressure,mud layer height,underflow flow rate,underflow concentration,concentration and flow rate of pharmaceuticals,etc.
● Overload protection:
The hydraulic control system has three levels of protection:50%maximum torque alarm;95%maximum torque electrical disconnection;100%maximum torque overflow,to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
● Rake over-pressure protection technology:
Large torque design,exceeding the conventional design torque by more than 30%;with bottom flow circulation,bottom slurry making,flushing and back-washing functions.
● Extra-long service life:
The core components are adopted from the first-class brands with high reliability,and the service life of the whole machine is more than 20 years.
● Low operating cost:
Self-patented technology of feed dilution--the use of self-dilution,forced dilution to achieve the best dilution effect of the slurry,more energy-saving and environmentally friendly;precise control of flocculant dosage,reasonable flocculation and mixing time,so that the flocculant dosage is in an optimal state,saving operating costs
● Good maintainability:
The top bridge is designed with a lifting channel;the bottom flow system adopts soft joints and expansion joints,which is convenient for the replacement of fittings;remote troubleshooting,which can help customers solve their problems in time.
