● Ultra-high Pressure and Long-distance Transport with Stepless Volume Adjustment:
Equipped with a constant power variable displacement main oil pump, the machine fully utilizes the main power when in constant power mode. The pumping volume can be steplesslly adjusted.

● High Cleaning Capacity and Strong Climbing Ability:
The double-helix material collection device has a large adjustable collection arm,offering a wide range and high efficiency.The bottom chain scraper conveyor provides strong transportation capabilities for sticky materials.The crawler walking mechanism allows for self-transportation,with high traction and flexible movement,and strong climbing ability.

● High Reliability and Safety:
The main oil pump and hydraulic valve group are from world-renowned brands,ensuring excellent performance and reliability.The machine is equipped with a parking brake function to prevent rollback on steep slopes.

● Compact Size and High Flexibility:
The machine is compact, with a small size that allows it to be lowered into the mine as a whole and transported by itself. The machine includes its own walking device, eliminating the need for additional towing equipment.

Wear parts like the wear plate and cutting ring are made from fully hard alloy rings and manufactured using specialized welding processes. The inner walls of the transport cylinders are multi-layer chromium-plated for superior wear resistance.

● Cost Efficiency:
Critical lubrication points use a synchronized lubrication+lubrication center system,consuming low amounts of grease.The two systems operate independently without interference.High-durability wear parts(S-pipe,wear plate,cutting ring,piston,etc.)contribute to low operational and maintenance costs.
